1. Service description
MyWebUtilities.com provides hosted counters, which enables the
users of the service (also referred to as members) to use them with their
webpage.
2. Use of service
Our services can be used on all types of webpages, both private and commercial.
MyWebUtilities.com, however, is not responsible for the content on the
members webpages.
3. Rules
- As mentioned, this service can be used on all types of webpages. With that
all types of legal webpages is meant. Sites breaking any law, providing
any type of illegal content and so on are not allowed to use this service.
- MyWebUtilities.com has the right to remove any account if necessary. If members use
our service in connection with anything illegal, the account will be deleted, and
we are not committed to notify the member before or after deletion. If we remove any
accounts which are not directly breaking any of our rules (we are allowed to do that),
we will most probably contact the member before performing such an action. In
some cases, however, notification may come after the deleting process is completed.
- All information recorded is stored in databases on our server. We are
not responsible for this data, and can under no circumstances be held responsible
for any loss or damage of data.
- Or, to put it more simply: This is a completely free service, and is thus provided
as-is. We, by that meant me, the creator, Robin Dominik Havre, is not responsible
for anything whatsoever. If, let's say, I've made a mistake in my programming and all
of the sudden your account and statistics is deleted, then that's just too bad. I
am not responsible in any way of any unfortunalities, losses, errors, delays, etc.
etc. happening to you.
